About me
Jessica Brown was born and raised in Prince George, and is of white settler descent. She is thrilled to be a library technician for the Indigenous Education Department with School District 57. This year has been an exciting one, full of new projects! She got her start working in SD57 with the District Learning Commons in 2014, but previously attended K-12 with the district. Jess uses creativity and problem-solving daily in her work and has a passion for life-long learning. She has a B.Sc. in Chemistry from UNBC as well as her Library & Information Technology Diploma from Langara College in Vancouver. In her spare time, she enjoys writing and learning how to play the harp.
