How to Register

Conference attendees who already have a Sched account can simply login to their account and purchase their ticket(s). Please ensure you select the correct ticket type(s), including the specific date if you plan to attend for only one day. Attendees who do not have a pre-existing Sched account will need to create an account first, and then fill out the registration form in addition to selecting their ticket type(s). Please note that some events/sessions have limited capacity. Early Bird Registration rates are available until May 16th.

Purchasing Multiple Tickets
It is simplest if each attendee registers and purchases their tickets separately, which allows them to immediately add sessions of their choosing to their schedule. However, we realize that some libraries may prefer to make a single transaction for multiple attendees. If you choose to do so, please:
  • Purchase the total number of tickets of each type from a single Sched account.
  • Instruct attendees to sign in to or create their Sched profile. They will be prompted to purchase a ticket. They should select the ticket type(s) that have been paid for and use promo code PAYBYINVOICE.
  • The original purchaser must email beyondhope@pgpl.ca with a list of the names and tickets assigned to each attendee.
Payment Options
Please note that the online registration system only supports payment by credit card. If you / your organization would like to pay using an alternative method, please use the promo code PAYBYINVOICE when purchasing tickets. Alternative payment methods include:
  • Pay by cheque - cheques may be made out to the Prince George Public Library. Please include "Beyond Hope 2025" in the memo line. If mailing, please address to C/O Lyoshi LaMair, 888 Canada Games Way, Prince George, BC, V2L 5T6.
  • Pay by etransfer - etransfers may be sent to ap@pgpl.ca. Please include "Beyond Hope 2025" in the memo line.
  • Please email beyondhope@pgpl.ca if none of these options are suitable for your needs.

Dietary Accommodations:
If you require dietary accommodation and are not prompted to complete the registration form, please email your requirements to beyondhope@pgpl.ca. Please understand that dietary requirements should be submitted no later than Monday, June 2nd, to ensure the caterers are able to meet your needs.

Important Note if Registering on or after June 6th, 2025:
If you register on or after June 6th, please show proof of payment at the registration desk when you arrive for the conference.
